FormPath is a dedicated document routing system that allows members of your organization to complete forms online and sign the form with their electronic signatures.
FormPath Evaluation Edition consists of the following forms:
Request for Absence
Request for Professional Absence
Building & Grounds Reservation Request
Supply Requistion
All you need to provide is a list of staff members who will be completing the online forms and a list of staff members who have administrative review responsibilities.
Once your data has been updated in the FormPath program the forms that are completed will automatically be forwarded from person to person based on the routing data that is provided.
At each step in the process the originator of the request and the designated administrators will apply their digital signatures to the form. |
